Apartments Santis10**** opened before summer of 2011, when the object itself has been completed. The idea was to design and build a house that will be a modern, built by using the latest technologies and top quality materials, while still following the traditional elements of Mediterranean architecture. So those typical elements could be recognized in some house forms like the opening for the Mediterranean balconies, shutters of blinds, Mediterranean tile, partially stone facades and elements like pergolas that are yet to be set.

Our wish was to have an object that will fit its appearance in space where it is located. Also we want to continue to improve the appearance with additional elements that will come in the future.

The house has 6 independent apartments. All are fully furnished and are categorized with 4 stars. Although similar in surface area, there are some differences for every taste. From single bedroom studio apartment of about 35m2 to 55m2 two levels apartments. From those with front terraces to those with roof terraces and a clear view. Than to those for family or for couples or companies.

Our Mission and Vision

Our goal was to make an accommodation to 'suit the guest'. The space in which we would like to stay and spend our holidays. We followed the type and line of typical hotel accommodation in the organization as well as in equipment. Apartment is equipped well enough to make your holiday relaxing and carefree. That's why our motto is:
